We require prepayment on all our products.We accept major credit cards,

are not able to honor COD’s at this time.

Shipping
and Handling:
Our preferred service in the USA is UPS Ground. Please allow 7-10 business
days (excludes weekends and holidays) for delivery. If you would like
us to use FedEx, USPS or any other carrier, please let us know when
placing your order. Expedited service such as 2nd day or overnight service
is available at an additional cost.
For
international orders:
For international orders, we ship directly from Kathmandu, Nepal, airport-to-airport
and door-to-door. Prices and delivery time varies from country to country.

Airport-to-Airport:
Depending on your location and which airline services are available,
deliveries may take 2 to 3 weeks. We ship your order directly from Nepal
to an airport nearest you. We are not responsible for to clear the customs.
(Brokers are available for this service, you should consult with freight
forwarder or cargo agents in your area.)
Door to door service: Now DHL and FedEx provide door-to-door
service who now acts as an agent to clear the customs and deliver
the shipment to your door. This service ihassle free and its relatively
more expensive, but more expedient than airport-to-airport service.
Each country has different rates, so please contact us for a quote.
Sea
freight: Sea freight is possible for larger quantities. Please
note that Nepal is a landlocked country and sea freight takes more
than two months depending upon the destination. This is the least
expensive way to ship large quantity orders. Please email us for quotes.

Returns and Exchanges If there are problems with your order, ship it
back to us via mail or UPS*. We will gladly refund the cost of the item.
Please download the return form, fill it out, and return it with the
merchandise.

in stock. Returns and exchanges will be issued after we receive the
merchandise.
